Daley Home Inspections encourages you to be present at the inspection.  Answering your questions is a big part of the service and most importantly answering your questions honestly. What is inspected?  Well in a nutshell everything which is accessible is inspected.  From the roof to the crawl space, the electrical, plumbing, framing, foundation, attic, appliances, are all inspected.  While areas of concern are one of the main points of the inspection, educating you about how the home works and making recommendations for maintaining your home will also be discussed.  There are homes of all ages in the Nashville area and of all conditions.  Knowing what’s going on in that crawl space is important.  Call for more information or to schedule your inspection today.
